TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Travel and Tour Packages
Effective Date: June 17, 2025
1. COMPANY INFORMATION
NexClix, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") d/b/a NexClix Travel, NexClix Travel Tours, www.visitlagosnigeria.com, is a travel tour operator specializing in African destination tours. We provide comprehensive travel services including airfare, accommodation, tours, transfers, and cultural experiences.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking any tour with NexClix, Inc., you ("Traveler," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NexClix, Inc.
3. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
3.1 Booking Requirements
- A completed booking form with all required personal information
- Passport details (valid for at least 6 months from travel date)
- Deposit payment as specified in the booking confirmation
- Signed liability waiver and terms acknowledgment
3.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: $350.00 of total tour cost due at booking
- Final Payment: Remaining balance due 60 days prior to departure
- Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment required for bookings made less than 60 days before departure
3.3 Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit payment and all required documentation. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of payment receipt.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Tour Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD and include:
- Round-trip airfare from a major US city to our destination
- Airport transfers if necessary
- Accommodation in selected hotels
- Daily breakfast and specified meals
- All listed excursions and cultural activities
- Professional English-speaking guide
- All entrance fees to attractions
- Comprehensive pre-departure information package
- Visa fees and processing
- Gratuities for guides and drivers
4.2 Not Included
- Travel insurance (highly recommended)
- Meals not specified in itinerary
- Personal expenses and shopping
- Gratuities for guides and drivers
- Optional activities not listed in itinerary
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and certified checks. All payments must be in USD.
5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
5.1 Passport Requirements
Travelers must possess a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of travel and at least two blank pages for entry stamps.
5.2 Visa Requirements
A valid visa is required for US citizens. NexClix, Inc. can provide assistance with visa applications but is not responsible for visa approval or denial.
5.3 Health Requirements
- Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is mandatory
- Other recommended vaccinations include Hepatitis A/B, Typhoid, and Meningitis
- Travelers should consult their physician 4-6 weeks before departure
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
6.1 Cancellation by Traveler
- 90+ days before departure: Forfeit deposit only
- 60-89 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- 30-59 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost (no refund)
6.2 Cancellation by NexClix, Inc.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient enrollment (minimum 9 participants required) or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- Full refund of all payments made
- Notification at least 30 days prior to departure
- No liability for additional expenses incurred
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include:
- Trip cancellation/interruption coverage
- Medical coverage (minimum $100,000)
- Emergency medical evacuation
- Baggage loss/delay coverage
8. ITINERARY CHANGES
8.1 Right to Modify
NexClix, Inc. reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions
- Political situations
- Transportation delays
- Local circumstances beyond our control
8.2 Notification
Significant itinerary changes will be communicated as soon as possible. Minor changes may be made without prior notice.
9. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
9.1 Limited Liability
NexClix, Inc. acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. Our liability is limited to the tour cost paid by the traveler.
9.2 Third-Party Services
We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of airlines, hotels, restaurants, or other service providers.
9.3 Personal Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for:
- Arriving at designated meeting points on time
- Following safety instructions and local laws
- Maintaining possession of personal belongings
- Adhering to group schedules and guidelines
10. HEALTH AND SAFETY
10.1 Medical Conditions
Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in tour activities.
10.2 Physical Requirements
This tour involves moderate walking and some physical activity. Travelers should be in reasonable physical condition.
10.3 Safety Measures
NexClix, Inc. Travel implements safety protocols but cannot guarantee complete safety during travel activities.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Terrorism or civil unrest
- Pandemic or health emergencies
12. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
12.1 Reporting Issues
Any complaints must be reported to our guide or representative immediately during the tour for prompt resolution.
12.2 Post-Tour Complaints
Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of tour completion for consideration.
12.3 Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United States.
13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for tour administration and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for tour services.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. AMENDMENTS
NexClix, Inc. Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to travelers with confirmed bookings.
